We’re looking for a creative, organised, and forward-thinking Digital Learning Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for the end-to-end design and development of high-quality digital learning solutions, shaping innovative digital content that supports learners, clients, and organisational growth.
You’ll work from home as part of a collaborative national team, with occasional travel to our training centres/events for workshops, planning sessions, and team collaboration.
This position would suit someone who enjoys blending creativity, instructional design, stakeholder management, and project ownership into one rewarding role.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Digital Learning Designer, the -end-to-end design and development includes scoping, concept development, instructional design, and production of engaging learning experiences that meet organisational and client objectives.
You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to transform technical or complex information into engaging, user-focused learning experiences that are interactive, accessible, and impactful.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing engaging digital learning content and experiences
Leading projects from scoping through to delivery
Creating storyboards, prototypes, and interactive learning materials
Working closely with stakeholders to understand learning objectives and project requirements
Managing timelines, priorities, and project milestones
Applying instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM
Ensuring learning solutions meet quality, accessibility, and usability standards
Contributing fresh ideas, innovation, and best practice to the wider team
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with strong organisational and communication skills.
You may already work in digital learning, eLearning, instructional design, or online content development - and you’ll be excited by the opportunity to shape engaging learning experiences from concept to completion.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience designing and developing digital learning content
Knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies
Experience using eLearning authoring tools and digital content platforms
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
