About the Role
As a Business Administrator, you will report directly to Head of Apprenticeships and play a key role in supporting our apprenticeship delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with funders and Ofsted requirements, and enhancing the learner journey at every step.
Location
This is a hybrid role, with frequent office attendance. This role can be based within commutable distance to any of our training centres in England
What We’re Looking For

- Bring a proactive attitude and confidence to use your initiative.
- No prior experience in the Fire and Security sector is required; we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for apprenticeship programs, including attendance checks.
- Utilise Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams) and any Learner Management System (LMS) to track and report on learner progress and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of events related to apprenticeship delivery.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and inspections by maintaining organised records and documentation.
